Ryan Elmore is a majority owner and founder of Elmoro Holdings is a primary investor, capital partner, and heads operations, construction, and finance for Elmoro Holdings has over 10 years of real estate experience, closing over 200 transactions in the last 3 years as valuation expert and investor. With partner Elliot, Ryan manages over 15 million dollars of real estate holdings currently, and is a licensed appraiser. He grew up in Long Beach, taught in the Long Beach Unified, attended high school at Long Beach Poly, and is a graduate of University of San Diego. He has dedicated his time, energy and professional experience to his investors for the last 4 years, and has an impeccable record of integrity and provides a great opportunity for excellent annual returns. Ryan’s extensive appraisal knowledge and varied work environments, knowledge of finance, and deal-closing mentality have provided a foundation for his successful investment firm, TRIO GROUP INC.

Kelly Lyman brings a level of experience to Elmoro Holdings spans from accounting to tech support. With over 13 years in the field of accounting, she has provided several companies, both large and small, with the utmost professional and confidential service, taking two of those companies to the multi-million dollar level. Kelly also ventured out on her own and built a client-base large enough to support herself financially, but jumped at the opportunity to build another great venture and work with family. Once again, with Elmoro Holdings a smaller company to become a multi-million dollar investment firm. She has formulated and continues to assist in the growth of Elmoro Holdings and financial protocol as it pertains to payroll, audits, and budgets. Born and raised in Long Beach Kelly is also raising a daughter locally, and as a member of the Long Beach community continues to open new doors. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High, went on to attend UCI, USC, and other colleges racking up knowledge and class time. She is the effective glue of Trio Group Inc, and provides a broad base of experience and levity to the investment firm.
